- most chemical reactive and electronegative of all elements
- poisonous, pale, yellowish, brown gas
- molecular F is highly dangerous and causes severe chemical burns
Uses:
Lightbulbs - hydrofluoric acide HF
Atomic F - plasma etching in semiconductor manufacturing
Low friction plastic Teflon
A/C and refrig - Fluoracholorohydrocarbons

2)Alchemy - science, magic, art - or all three?
The magic of alchemy is in the art and science of taking action by way of non-ado. We are more than our five senses and our knowledge of the physical world. The art of not taking action with the understanding of science that this physical world is more that it seems we use our heart mind. Our brain mind allows us/helps us to do (take action) inorder to take care of our physical bodies. But by letting go of any attachment to the physical world as well as our bodies we use our heart mind of non ado. The magic then takes place, the alchemy, of things transforming and transpiring.
